Deposit & Appointment Cancellation Policy

Red Lotus Tattoo requires non-refundable deposits for all appointments. 

Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the cost of your tattoo, that holds your scheduled appointment time. 

All deposits vary by artist. Deposits are typically in the $50-$100 range but vary by the artist and can be more.

Please check with your artist for their deposit requirements. 

 

Should you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment for any reason:

  • Please email your artist directly as soon as you know you need to reschedule. In most cases, if notice is less than 24 hours you will lose your deposit. Cancellation means your time slot is blocked off and the artist loses money for that time slot since no other appointment can be scheduled. Please be mindful that short notice cancellations are hard to fill and we lose our income when we do not work.

  • Due to emergency, please contact your artist immediately and call the shop at 763-862-8492.

  • If you reschedule your appointment. Timing depends on the artist's availability and may require an additional deposit. 

 

Red Lotus artists reserve the right to cancel appointments, keep the deposit or ask for additional deposit under the following CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • Any changes in design, placement, or sizing that impede on the artists booked schedule with other clients

  • Changing of design concept, or overall redesign after initial consult or booking and multiple Design changes

  • Cancellations will automatically forfeit any deposits with less than 24 hour notice

  • Rescheduling requires an email to your artist with enough notice to fill the lost time slot. If the artist is not given enough notice to fill the appointment, the deposit may be forfeit and a new deposit required
